CERTIFIED YOGA INSTRUCTOR
MADISON MAKEPEACE, YTT 200
I grew up in a household where alternative healing and daily yoga practice was the norm. As I child I suffered from many health issues and as a result of this I turned to holistic healing and yoga at a very young age. These experiences and my exposure to alternative healing both through movement and nourishment have given me the skills to heal others and help them heal themselves. I am passionate about creating a mind-body balance in life. As a yoga instructor I love creating a personal practice that will benefit the specific needs of my clients. We all have different strengths and weaknesses and I think it’s important to acknowledge both. I strive to teach yoga as a form of health and wellness but also know the importance of focusing on the fitness aspects of the practice. I teach all levels and specialize in Vinyasa Flow and Restorative Yoga. I teach Privately, in group settings and at corporate events.
